Tuesday May 11, we awoke to a downpour as we hitched up and headed down I-35. We had to stop at my brother in laws favorite place. Our next stop was the RV capital of the U.S. in northern Indiana. We visited several RV manufacturers and I got some training and met with Winnebago, Carriage, Heartland, Newmar and more component manufactures to set business. We stayed in Millersburg IN for several days. There is a large Amish population in this area, and you see them driving their horse carriages to the store and fast food. The horses just hitch up outside and wait rain and all. Many Amish men work in the RV factories. We were surprised to see Amish in fast-food places and the children playing in the McDonald land.
